Our Mission

Our mission is to become the most trusted and reliable name in Canadian self-storage and related services.

We are already recognized as Canada’s largest storage network. Building on this reputation, we aim to make the StorageVault brand synonymous with integrity, service, and convenience for our customers. Through this endeavor, we will set ourselves apart from other service providers to become Canada’s most trusted storage professionals.

Our Strategy

We continue to focus on owning and operating multiple stores in Canada’s top markets and adding complementary portable storage units to take advantage of economies of scale. Our growth strategy is focused on acquisitions, organic growth, expansion of our existing stores and expansion of our portable storage business – all with an eye to increasing cash flow.

Our Focus on Customer Experience

Our customers are looking for more than storage space. They are looking for solutions and an exceptional experience. This is why we design our products with the customer first in mind.

To create optimal experiences for our customers, we:

  • Build products that offer incredible convenience
  • Design efficient facilities and services
  • Train staff who will consider customers’ challenges thoughtfully, and recommend the best solutions for them.
